98a1 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 98a1. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service available at 98a1.best, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the rules of the Responsible Gambling.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use 98a1's services. Simply accessing the site, even without completing registration, implies acceptance of the general usage rules described in sections 3 and 8.

98a1 may update these terms periodically to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Whenever a significant change is made, you will be notified by email or via an in-platform notice. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of 98a1, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically present in Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform.
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be prohibited from placing bets by court order, administrative ruling, or active voluntary self-exclusion.
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of any 98a1 staff member.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Only one account per CPF, email address, and bank account holder. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or accumulate bonuses is considered fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with pending balances withheld.

3Member Account

After creating your account on 98a1, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 98a1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

You must keep your registration information up to date. If your address, email, or banking details change, update your profile directly in the account dashboard or contact support.

• The account balance does not accrue interest or any form of monetary adjustment.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00, deducted from the available balance up to the existing balance limit.
• Accounts with a zero balance and no activity for more than 24 months may be administratively closed following email notification.
• Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time through 24/7 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal before the account is closed.

98a1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display suspicious behavior, breach these terms, or pose a money laundering risk, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The 98a1 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card — widely accepted card networks in Brazil.
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — direct integration via QR Code or digital key.
• TED Transfer — available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

Minimum amounts: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00; minimum withdrawal of R$ 30.00. There is no fixed maximum limit for deposits, but withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification as required by regulation.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account holder used for the deposit, as an anti-fraud security measure. 98a1 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 24 hours, though most are processed within minutes. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing.

5Sports Betting

The 98a1 offers fixed-odds Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with special coverage of Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Conmebol Libertadores, Conmebol Sul-Americana, and state championships — as well as MMA/UFC, basketball, volleyball, and more.

All confirmed bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except in the cases outlined below:

• Match or event canceled before kick-off — bet voided and full stake refunded.
• Match postponed to a date more than 36 hours away — the bet may be voided at 98a1's discretion.
• Obvious odds error (odds significantly off-market due to a technical fault) — 98a1 reserves the right to void bets and refund the staked amount.
• Player substitution or venue change that materially alters the event — handled on a case-by-case basis according to the rules of each sport.

The official result of any event is determined based on official sources from the relevant competition or governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between broadcasts, the official source result prevails for bet settlement purposes.

Live bets are subject to temporary suspension during critical incidents (goals, red cards, penalties) while odds are recalculated. Bets placed while the system was processing an update may be voided if confirmed with outdated odds.

6Casino & Games

The casino at 98a1 offers over 3,000 games from internationally licensed providers, including slots, crash games, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker. The entire catalog operates with an RNG (random number generator) certified by independent audits, ensuring unpredictable results with no platform interference.

7Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover (wagering requirement): each bonus has a minimum betting multiplier that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The default value is specified in each offer.
• Validity period: unused bonuses expire automatically once the deadline passes. The countdown starts from the credit date, not the redemption date.
• Eligible games: not all games contribute equally to the rollover. Sports Betting and most slots contribute 100%; some Live Casino games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the offer.
• Bonus withdrawal limit: some promotions have a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the promotion description.

98a1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with 48 hours' prior notice, except in cases of detected fraud, where action may be immediate. Bonuses obtained through promotional abuse — such as creating multiple accounts or using false registration details — will be cancelled without refund.

8User Conduct

By using the 98a1 platform 98a1, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions, under penalty of immediate account suspension or termination:

• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or any verification process.
• Creating more than one account per CPF or attempting to circumvent the platform's verification systems.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, financing of illicit activities, or financial fraud.
• Using bots, automated scripts, arbitrage software, or any tool that creates an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Placing coordinated bets with another member to fraudulently trigger bonuses (abusive match-betting).
• Exploiting obvious odds errors or game technical failures to obtain unintended gains.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting support team members or other users on the platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or compromising the security of 98a1's systems.

98a1 uses automated systems and manual review to detect behavior that violates these rules. If there is well-founded suspicion, the account may be temporarily blocked for investigation, with notification sent to the account holder at the registered email address.

9Data Protection and Privacy

The 98a1 handles its members' personal data responsibly and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Account creation, maintenance, and verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (KYC, anti-money laundering).

10Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.

98a1 is not liable for:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from sources outside the platform.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Changes to Brazilian tax legislation that affect earnings obtained on the platform — it is the user's responsibility to verify and fulfill their tax obligations.

In any case, 98a1's maximum liability to the user is limited to the account balance available at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

12Changes to Terms and Jurisdiction

The 98a1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting industry regulations, our internal processes, or new products and services offered by the platform.

Whenever a significant change is made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address at least 7 days in advance, except where there is an immediate legal obligation.
• A notification will be displayed on your account dashboard the next time you log in after the update.
• The last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. If a dispute is not resolved through 98a1 support, the elected jurisdiction shall be the courts of Brasília (DF) as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
